Sr. Account Manager

Job Description

This is an exciting time to join IFF's scent division as a Senior Account Manager. This role focuses on establishing and implementing scent home care category business plans aiming to increase revenue, business, market shares and profitability.

You will spend your time on…

• Delivery of the yearly sales budget and execution of the business plan
• Partnering to develop and monitor sales budget and product forecasts; planning and monitoring operational budget
• Collaboration with the Global Account Manager to develop a long-term strategy
• Develop IFF & key account collaboration and innovation pipeline
• Global coordination & lead for assigned brief/project activities
• Global monthly activity reporting

Job Requirements

Required skills & experience:

• Strong home care category, market, and brand understanding
• Olfactive knowledge
• Technical home cleaning knowledge preferred 
• Leadership, business minded, negotiator-facilitator, proactive, team player but able to work autonomously, knowledge of different cultures, excellent written and verbal communicator
• Strong networking, proven ability in building customer relationships and resource management
• Experience in collaboration with international key accounts
• Excellent project management capability
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years fragrance industry experience
• 7+ years of experience in account management, marketing, product development
• Regular local travel, possible international travel
