Logistics Specialist

How you will contribute and lead:
•    Work closely with sales, CS, planning, financial team to handle all the logistics operations including 3PL warehouse management, import customs clearance, local delivery.
•    Proceed the transactions in SAP, prepare the customs clearance documents and submit to broker with appropriate lead time.
•    Follow up import customs declaration process, escalate and give the solution if any problems.
•    Manage Logistics KPIs and cost verification with 3rd party logistics service provider to make sure on time delivery at right cost.
•    Monitor operation process to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency.
•    Manage project for logistics process or cost optimization.
•    Effectively work on customer complaint and provide solutions.

What you will need to be successful:
•    Bachelor’s degree or above
•    Profound knowledge and experiences in Logistics operation, over 5 years in logistics management and at least 3 years of import/export experience, familiar with CIQ process is a plus.
•    Hands on and good communication skills with proactive working attitude
•    Fluent English in both written and spoken.
•    Good communication and negotiation skill
•    High accountability and good team spirit
•    Logical and systemic thinking
•    Experience in chemical industry MNC and SAP is preferred.
