How you’ll leave your mark 


As a  Data Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing sites for data availability and working to close data gaps. The role includes working with local and global resources to standardize connection methods and support our software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives.


You will...

  • determine data connection requirements for multiple data sources across manufacturing sites
  • troubleshoot software and processes for data consistency and integrity
  • integrate large scale data from a variety of sources for business partners to generate insight and make decisions
  • perform IT/OT assessments at manufacturing sites to determine digital maturity and identify gaps for digital projects
  • implement digital architecture guidelines and system requirements for site digital strategies
  • keep up to speed with the latest industry and technology developments, and apply them to solve analytics challenges focused on business performance



You have… 

  • a degree in Chemical Engineering or related 
  • at least 5 years prior experience in production automation processes
  • experience setting up and troubleshooting manufacturing networks
  • experience with manufacturing systems, include data historians
  • experience with SQL
