IFF is very excited to welcome a new “Senior Global Financial Analyst, Nourish” to our team, and we hope it’s you!
On this role, you are responsible for supporting overall Nourish sales and margin analysis as well as ad hoc requirements for Nourish global business review. You will work closely with finance team and business stakeholders on below areas:
Your Key Responsibilities:
•    Support accurate monthly Nourish P&L analysis, actuals vs. PY/Bud/Forecast on a timely basis
•    Closely monitor expense reporting and analysis, support requests from Nourish Executive Committee regards expenses performance, forecast outlook and provide insights regards opportunity to improve
•    Closely work with finance peers to improve working progress and seek for continuous improvement on results delivery 
•    Improve reporting accuracy in systems, and harmonize various systems
•    Visualize expense reporting and KPIs in Power BI to support management review
•    Support any ad hoc requirements from Nourish ECs and others
Report to: Finance Director FP&A, Nourish Global

Job Requirements

•    You have 5-10 years of relevant Finance planning, reporting and analysis experience preferable with big Accounting Firms and MNCs; Solid experience on P&L experience
•    You are detail-oriented (accuracy on figures); You have very strong analytical skill, strong communication skills; A good team player; Commitment to tasks and win-win mindset
•    Your strong skills in Microsoft office (excel, word and power point); Familiar with SAP/BW/AO/ Mybis/Power BI/CFIN
•    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work with people in different time zone in the world-wide
•    The preferred candidate will have Integration experience
•    ACCA/CPA/Master degree is a plus
•    Fluent in written and spoken English
