IFF is very excited to welcome a new  EMEA Service Center Procurement Leader to our team, and we hope it’s you!

 

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the Procurement Service Center operations in Asturias which includes daily operations of Procurement team, ensure organizational effectiveness through strategies, policies, process improvements, people development, rewards & recognition programs. Responsibilities also include daily operation metrics, compliance activities, client & stakeholder engagements and publishing of dashboards to top management.

 

Your mission will be to:

  • Drive IFF values at the service center 
  • Manage team responsible for end to end Procurement activities 
  • Be accountable for Internal controls & compliance activities for Procurement SC’s
  • Complaint management – including RCAs and implementation of corrective actions
  • Procurement Service Center Lead for APAY activities   
  • Manage Process Improvement Projects / Continuous improvement 
  • Drive Productivity and Savings at the center
  • Develop Training plan for Service centers (Competency & Functional)
  • Be responsible for training manual, SOP & process documentation
  • Support Integration and Transition activities 
  • Be responsible for Service Center KPI dashboard
  • Reporting & Data analysis 
  • Lead Change management 
  • Regularly connect with clients and stakeholders to share Service Center updates and gather feedback
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Manage FTEs and Budgets

Job Requirements

 

Education/Experience

  • We will rely on your Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 10-12 years of work experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / shared service operations with 4-5 years in managerial role
  • You have managed teams of minimum 8-10 FTEs
  • You are experienced in managing regional / global operations 
  • You have managed transitions
  • Knowledge of SAP or any ERP system
