Job Description

As a Tax manager you will oversee IFF’s tax affairs of various countries located in Southern Europe. You will be tasked with the oversight of tax compliance, tax advisory and tax controversy. Key responsibilities include engagement with tax advisors and tax authorities, identifying and bringing forward tax planning opportunities and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Your Degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics or a related field.
• We will rely on your 5 - 8 years of experience within a multinational business and either legal or accounting firm experience.
• The preferred candidate will have strong knowledge of European and International tax rules.
• Fluency in English required. Additional fluency in other European languages will be valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint, and relevant exposure in using tax and accounting solutions will be an advantage.
• Demonstrate their potential to become the trusted partner of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Can-do attitude, ambitious, proactive, ready to embrace and deliver change.
• Team player – willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others within and outside the tax team.
