HR Analyst

What You Will Do

•    Manage HR administration for the entire hire to retire process, ensuring HR and payroll systems are always up to date.
•    Answering inbound queries from our customers on any HR related matter.
•    Ensures HR activities are performed according to operational calendars.
•    Prepare and process monthly payroll runs.
•    Maintain payroll administration as required by company, audit and country regulations.
•    Process year-end activities as required, related to local, payroll and reporting statistics.
•    Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific relevant legislation and regulations.
•    Driving and facilitating interactions with third parties (local HR/Tax authorities/Financial institutions) 
•    Regularly review processes and procedures in place to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Job Requirements

 
In addition to the below, we are seeking energetic, proactive, analytical thinkers with the desire to be part of a dynamic, global organization. 

•    Excellent or Intermediate English language skills, both verbal and written
•    Nordic language is an asset
•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
•    Excellent customer service skills and desire to resolve issues
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Well versed in handling confidential HR information
•    Good command of SAP and MS Office tools, specially Excel
•    Experience in an HR department with payroll is an advantage.
•    Relevant Experience with HR systems and understanding of human resources policies, procedures and benefits is preferred.
•    Must be detail oriented and maintain accuracy and timeliness of data entry with high volume of enquiries
