We serve a large variety of end markets and our products can be found in thousands of consumer products around the world. These include Animal Nutrition, Biorefinery, Dietary Supplements, Beverage, Home Care, Microbial Control, Perfumery, Food, Personal Care, Pharma.

IFF is seeking a highly dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position is based in Thailand and will report to Customer Service Manager, Thailand.

Your Focus
As Customer Service Representative, you will support to create and maintain sustainable client-centered relationships with our customers. 
 

Job Requirements

How You Will Contribute

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Support team on covering overall operation issues.
• Check incoming emails and responses to the customers.      
• Monitor Order management/responsibility for the day-to-day order entry to SAP and confirm to customers.  
• Review all open sales order coordinate with manufacturing plant to ensure on time shipment.
• Liaise with shipping for trace shipment closely.
• Create delivery note and invoice’s arrangement.
• Provide daily delivery lists to warehouse /local transportation for arrange the goods to customers.
• Effectively communicate and respond to customers’ inquiries.
• Provide weekly plans for some customers. 
• Collaborate with Scent team and support other tasks as assigned.

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Minimum 3 years ’s experience in this function
• Good command in English
• Strong in operational work and multi-tasking
• Computer literacy, proficient in MS Microsoft office 
• Possess analytical thinking & problem- solving skills.
