Come join the creative and empowered company, IFF is looking for a motivated, results-driven Commercial Development Lead, North Asia to lead support the continuously growth of Health business in China, Japan & Korea. This business aim to provide natural and innovative health ingredients for the health industry, which is backed by science and geared toward addressing a wide variety of health concerns. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through market, customers, tollers and channel partners.

•    Developing new sales prospects of IFF Health business to deliver long term growth expectations in North Asia;
•    Contributing to the development of North Asia strategies and growth projects aligned with global through the day-to-day activities;
•    Working with Global and Regional industry Leader to develop sales and marketing strategies for the sub-region and is accountable for the execution to accelerate growth and outperform competition;
•    Accountable for the size, quality and accuracy of the sub-regional growth pipeline and deliver the growth from the pipeline on a year to year basis;
•    Establishing/maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners;
•    Providing direction, mentoring or solutions to address commercial issues such as supply, allocation, customer complaints, technical service and market development;
•    Championing organizational vibrancy, engagement, diversity and inclusion.

Locations are open to Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing.

Job Requirements

•    Strong people leader managing a team across multiple locations - Sales management experience in Greater China, Korea & Japan is required;
•    10+ years of sales, account or business management experience in a multinational organization in AP countries;
•    Track record of delivering results against objectives – exceeding goals and exceeding market environment;
•    Proper understanding of Health businesses is highly preferred. Experience in Pharma, Nutrition industry and/or e-commerce channel is a plus;
•    Experience in managing distribution business and managing Key Accounts is required;
•    Ability to manage and build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at the customer throughout all levels & functions and within IFF;
•    Excellent interpersonal skill and strong principle on teamwork, collaboration across functions;
•    Strategic thinker with strong execution/ change management focus
•    Demonstrated leadership in ethics and compliance in a commercial environment;
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese. Korea/Japanese in plus.
