We are very excited to welcome a new AR Supervisor, Global to our team!

The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

Job Description:

Manage team of specialists:

• Leading the day-to-day operations for a team while maintaining their portfolio
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators, such as accuracy and timeliness related metrics
• Managing optimal utilization of the Team
• Provide guidance on use of Autobank, cash application
• Proactively escalating business and performance issues to the CTC Manager.
• Participating in interviews
• Working out process improvements, and drive the continues improvements of the team
• Other duties as ordered by the direct manager

Job Requirements

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
• Preferable 5 years of relevant experience, at least 2 years in a people management or coordination role
• University degree
• A good working knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable required
• Good Microsoft Office skills, with an excellent Excel working knowledge
• Good communication and organization skills
• Great customer service is essential
• Being a team player bringing over a can-do-mentality to work with an international team.
• Critical thinking is a must
