Job Description

• Processing, validating, posting invoices (PO and non-PO)
• Paying vendors during payment runs
• VAT and tax calculations
• Verifying and checking local tax rules, regulations, compliance
• Keeping contact with vendors and answering inquiries
• Keeping contact with clients
• Working together with internal departments in case of escalations
• Ad-hoc involvement in process improvement projects
• In this position you need to work in morning shifts from 6:00/6:30AM to 2:30/3PM 

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business or similar field
• Advanced Chinese language knowledge (both spoken and written)
• Good command of the English language (both spoken and written)
• Comfortable usage of MS Excel and other MS Office programs
• General understanding of accounting processes
• Precise work and good attention to detail
• Proactive, team player
• Previous completion of Lean Six Sigma courses is a plus
