Operation Leader, Accounting

We are very excited to welcome a new Operation Leader, Accounting to our team!
 
Job description:

• Supervision of the end-to-end accounting activities 
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators, by working with the accounting supervisors and coordinators. 
• Manage overall team performance by driving an engaged and proactive mindset.
• Ensuring team utilization, holiday balance and mandatory trainings are on track with the set guidelines. 
• Setting and executing mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery. 
• Proactively informing of issues to the Record-to-Report Manager and drive the resolution. 
• Drive Interviews and make decision on team fit and salary. 
• Ensure process improvements and harmonization’s are executed within the teams. 
• Monitor the accounting activities globally, drive change and integration. 
• Proposing off-cycle increases and promotions to the R2R Manager. 
• Executing of timely performance reviews within the teams. 
• Other duties as ordered by the manager

Job requirements

• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written. 
• Preferable 6 years of relevant experience, of what 2 as supervisor or similar. 
• University degree or similar 
• A good working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) 
• Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting and reporting required. 
• Good Microsoft Office skills, with an excellent Excel working knowledge. 
• Excellent communication and organization and leadership skills 
• Great customer service is essential. 
• Being a team player bringing over a can-do-mentality 
• Critical thinking is a must
