You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems and manage the core data IFF executives need to make key business decisions.
 

Your role:

• Define the team strategy and the yearly team goals together with the Service Center leadership and main stakeholders.
• Be responsible for the team’s overall performance against agreed objectives, maintaining the relevant KPIs.
• Coordinate the setting of individual objectives of the team members; proactively monitor performance and provide feedback to each of them.
• Identity training and coaching needs and coordinate training/workshops as needed with support of expert resources.
• Address the need for resources; coordinate hiring process with support from HR and ensure a smooth onboarding for new team members.
• Maintain efficient and effective controls of the processes and ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policy.
• Be the primary point of contact for internal and external audits on the Key Control Activities assigned.
• As leader you will act as main team ambassador, presenting the team and team achievements to partners from other company areas and coordinating efforts with other service centers and other teams from Asturias/Mexico, Budapest/Kunshan.
• Be responsible for creating an environment of open communication within and outside the team to ensure effective exchange of information and encourage cross functional interactions.

Job Requirements

• University Accounting, Finance, Economics or HR related.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of standard costing environments preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain relevant KPIs.
• Strong communication and networking/business partner skills.
• Consciousness of control and business ethics environment.
• Drive for results, Problem solving, Customer Focus, Strategic Agility.
• Fluent in English and a local language.
