Talent Management Specialist

Job Description

IFF is very excited to welcome a new Talent Management Specialist to our team, and we hope it’s you!

As a Talent Management Specialist, you will support the Strategic Talent Leaders and Talent Management Team that support our Commercial Organization. Planning, administration, coordination and implementation of HR projects and initiatives relating to learning & development, engagement, talent management, organizational design, position management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Strategic Talent Leader and Talent Management Team on planning, coordination and implementation of HR and business-related initiatives utilizing data driven resources.
• Prepare and generate reports from multiple HR systems and applications.
• Prepare and present information utilizing PowerPoint slides based on derived data. 

Job Requirements

• College or University degree or applicable experience in data analytics and/or Human Resources Knowledge and Skills
• Project Management
• Data Analytical Skills
• Effective Team Player Experiences
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources. Other Proficiencies and Requirements
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office platforms. Intermediate level needed in Excel with the ability to create presentations utilizing PowerPoint. REPORTING STRUCTURE AND RELATIONSHIPS Direct Manager
