We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join Danisco Japan as Customer Service Representative.

 

What you will contribute

As Customer Service Representative, you will partner with Customer Service Manager to act as the first important contact in the supply chain. You should have abilities of proactive problem-solving abilities and building good rapport with customer, and basic knowledge of accounting procedures for order management and support account managers.

Through this role, you will be expected to develop skills to become a professional of Customer Service.

 

Your Focus

Building rapport with customer is the most important role for this position. For our customer, you are the representation of our company!
Direct Order Management
As the first contact in the supply chain, you are in charge of direct order management; checking stock or contacting planners for availability dates, checking prices, loading order and circulating order details to people concerned.

Support Sales Account Managers
You also support Sales Account Managers by producing customer inventory, optimizing customer relations and distributing order information to customers.

Proactive Issue Resolution
You also receive, monitor and log customer complaints. Regarding those complaints, you will manage complete returns procedure, intestate credit queries and follow up paperwork.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have more than 3 years’ experience in Customer Service in a multinational company, moderate level of computer skill and knowledge of SAP for order loading and record keeping.

If you have experiences of international trading, you can handle your tasks more smoothly.

 

You are good in building rapport with customers, and you should have an ability to pay attention to detail and excellent telephone manner to deal with inquiries from customers.

Good collaboration skills is a key values to work with people from various backgrounds and disciplines.

Also, since the priorities change and evolve throughout the day and you will receive inquiries or problems constantly, you should have multi-tasking skills, proactive problem-solving abilities and positive minded.
