Designer

Your focus is compiling spices and creating flavor mixes. 
This position is related to the implementation of projects, designing and creating new flavor and spice solutions as well as aroma blends. 

Your responsibilities will be:
•Implementation of projects
•Designing and creating new flavor and spice solutions as well as aroma blends
•Communicating with development teams in the IFF group in order to jointly search for the best technological solutions
•Process an procedures implementation of raw materials harmonization
•Group experience exchange
•Presentation of technological solutions and innovations
•Permanent search for better flavor solutions

What you will need to be successful:
•A minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant experience
•Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Culinary, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or Vocational Food related field
•CREATIVITY
•Fluent English language knowledge
•Excellent verbal and written communication and presentational skills 
•Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, able to solve technological problems
Able to identify flavors and spices, create flavor compositions
