We are currently seeking a Trainee Flavorist. Candidates will be selected to advance through a comprehensive series of interviews combined with sensory and technical assessments.  Our Flavor School is known for developing world class, high performing Flavor chemists. Students will learn from our global team of experts and mentors; they will also develop their international network of peers in collaborative study. Job Requirements

• Bachelor or near to graduating (maximum one year) of Science (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or Food Engineering/Technology); a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Entry level, preferably 1-2 years of experience in a Flavor lab of a similar position.
• Must pass IFF's internal Sensory Assessment Exam
• Great communication, logical manner, creativity and innovation, analytical thinker, good cognitive retention, high threshold for pressure, work independently, maintaining timelines and meeting deadlines and have excellent attendance.
• Flexibility to travel & train.
• Advanced English
