Associate Designer II

Job Overview

We are now looking for a Temporary Associate Designer to be a member of IFF R&D team in our Gebze site.

Responsibilities;

• Servicing mainly our local and regional customers,
• Responsible for the daily work in the lab facilities including maintenance, stock-keeping
• Plan and conduct culinary trials in agreement with the Group Leader,
• Perform follow up evaluation/analysis, report writing in collaboration with the Group Leader,
• Build understanding of ingredients in finished products and culinary technologies,
• Build flavor language & articulate with others in the team / on projects ,
• Cleaning and ensuring the labs are tidy and well kept,
• Contributing to maintaining a safe, efficient working environment,
• Continuously adding new capabilities and skills to the technical team.

Job Requirements;

• Relevant educational background (preferably University degree in Food, Chemical Engineering or related life sciences degree),
• Hands-on experience with, ingredients, flavor is preferred,
• Good command and working knowledge of spoken and written English,
• Residence in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli.
