Job Description

Job Title: Raw Material Planner 
Department: Supply Chain (Planning)
Location: Grasse
Directly report to:   Planning Manager
Secondary report to: Plant Manager
Level : Cadre
Dates: CDD 5 month – 01/07/2024– beg of December 2024

In accordance with Raw Material Crop calendar, collect sales forecasts, consolidate datas and confirm purchase plan to ensure smooth materials supply for production and orders fulfillment. Coordinate with Global Sourcing, Finish Goods Planner / Production Workshop Leaders / Quality Lab / Customer Service / to achieve quality services to customers & efficient inventory management.
The environment is fast paced and challenging, you must be self-motivated and able to be a team player as well as being and able to work independently.

Required Skills

Looking for a dedicated individual to become a Raw Material Planner for natural oils in the Fragrance and Flavors industry.

You must:

Have solid problem solving and decision-making skills, Be able to work in hectic environment.

Be Customer Service driven

Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in operations management or business
Previous manufacturing operations experience, Supply Chain workflow knowledge
Knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred)
English business level, and more languages is appreciated.
Natural raw materials / Fragrances&Flavors industry background (optional)
