Project & Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

IFF is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, innovative professional to join our Rio de Janeiro team in the role of Project & Maintenance Supervisor. This position has responsibility for supporting, developing, and cascading local and corporate projects, as well as overseeing general maintenance routines to contribute to the execution and achievement of results, integrating projects and maintenance in a cohesive and complementary manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Projects:

•    Supervise projects;
•    Develop and cascade local and corporate projects;
•    Develop execution plans for communication improvements;
•    Monitor schedules, indicators, service deliveries, and activities to be performed for the successful execution of the project;
•    Control and study to ensure that all information obtained from the projects is recorded and easily accessible;
•    Develop indicators and ensure the delivery of service packages and activities to be performed for project execution;
•    Act in the project cascading process and introduction of digitalization initiatives for IFF Global at the plant.

Maintenance:
•    Supervise tasks related to the area;
•    Monitor electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance processes according to corrective and preventive schedules;
•    Analyze technical calls, escalating priorities and criticalities;
•    Preparation of inspections and procedures, controlling service indicators and identifying improvement opportunities in maintenance programs;
•    Make purchase requests and plan maintenance services;
•    Provide data for issuing management reports and monitoring performance indicators;
•    Schedule Maintenance Orders in SAP PM.
 

Job requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or industrial Automation; 
•    minimum experience of 01 year in project management and/or maintenance;
•     Advanced English.

Preferred/Desirable:
•    Completed technical high school in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrotechnics; 
•    Basic Spanish;
•    SAP PM, knowledge of PBI, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
