How You Will Contribute

  • Fully understand China market and macro trends to discover future growth opportunities and drive key initiatives that align with Nourish portfolios, competencies and capabilities.
  • Work with cross functions to build & maintain robust competitive intelligence on market, sector, players and leading competing assets.
  • Support senior leaders to make recommendations for future business model or portfolios design.
  • Seek synergies in total across categories in Great China.
  • Challenge the status quo and champions new initiatives; acts as a catalyst of change and stimulates others to change; paves the way for needed changes; manages implementation effectively

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • MBA or demonstrable business skills with academic major in Food Science, Nutrition science,
  • Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field, with 5+ years food industry experience in marketing/product management/sales/business development.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skill is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skill with cross-team project experience.
  • Ability of managing intellectual property and integrating them into the business strategy.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to collect information, analyze data and make decisions under uncertain conditions
  • Experience of leading changes or playing champions on new initiatives is a plus.
