Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Integrated Management System Coordinator to join our Global Quality team. Reporting into the Global Product Safety, Quality Management System team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and maintainance of Operation’s Integrated Management systems.

 

The individual will play a crucial role in providing support to IFF’s Manufacturing facilities, ensuring that the Integrated Management system remains efficient and effective at all locations.

 

Responsibilties will include:

 

  • Serving as the Subject Matter Expert on Operation’s Integrated Management systems including diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving conflicts.
  • Cross-referencing data between multiple sites and ensuring accurate data exists in all tables, policies, procedures, and trend analysis. 
  • Liaising with internal departments, including Operations, IT, Sustainability, EHS, GRA, Quality, Vendor Quality, and other departments to ensure proper maintenance of policies, procedures, and data.
  • Producing detailed analysis from Integrated Management system including but not limited to reporting related business items and presenting findings to company management
  • Maintain application support documentation, gather, and document requirements and write user guides.
  • Participate with evaluating, testing, piloting in programs that involve Integrated management systems.


Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Management (or similar)
  • Knowledge of ISO, GFSI and Sustainability standards
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to produce and maintain technical documentation.
  • Experience with a integrated document management system
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering the best outcome for the business and all customers internally and externally
  • Ability to manage time well to meet or exceed customer and management expectations
  • Excellent attention to detail
