Job summary

In this role you will be supporting innovation projects, strategies and communications ensuring they are flawlessly driven, with the aim to develop differentiating scent solutions for our customers. You will play a connector and facilitator role within the global fabric care category and promote and report usage of our existing and future scent and technology portfolios and solutions.

The position is full-time & the work location is the Creative Center in Hilversum.

Key roles and responsibilities 

Project Coordination

• Understands project objectives, category strategy and supports communication of the project plans to the team members and key stakeholders.
• Facilitates the network and planning of the projects (including cost to serve).
• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring with regards to the project plan and brief parameters.
• Facilitates meetings, debrief sessions and working sessions and distributes minutes/action plans. 
• Responsible for delivering the project successfully from a logistics perspective. Ensuring that all the resources (benchmarks, bases, oils for CI tests) needed for the project are available at the Creative Center. 
• Collects and edits presentation materials and align on final communication in close collaboration with project managers and the global category innovation manager.

Knowledge Management

• Drives knowledge management amongst the global teams.
• Supports the fabric care innovation communication for successful landing in the global organization. 

Portfolio management & Reporting

• Promotes and reports status and usage of our existing and future scent and technology portfolios. 
• Prepares analysis reports to track status on targets, risks and return of investment. 

Innovation management

• Develops understanding of the global category innovation strategy. 
• Builds understanding of the IFF portfolio, activities, strategy, market and decision-making process.
• Contributes to fostering a culture of innovation.

Business process management & systems

• Agile use & navigation of IFF tools and systems including sampling and shipping process.
• Ensures the IFF Project Management systems are used effectively by all project owners and ensure the quality of data.
   

Job Requirements

Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business administration, Communication, Chemical/ Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 3-5 years’ work experience.
