As an Account Manager you will spend your time...

In this role you will drive sustainable profitable sales & market share growth within our Consumer Fragrances division by identifying customer needs & opportunities, establishing/building solid customer relationship, leading & coordinating IFF activities and promoting/selling relevant IFF fragrance solutions for the client.  Reporting to the Global Account Director, you will be accountable for achieving budgeted sales revenue and gross within IFF’s Consumer Fragrances division.

Job Requirements


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of successful sales and project management experience.
  • 4-6 years progressive business experience with a commercial and client coordination focus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills with the ability to lead and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers.
  • Confident, dynamic and enthusiastic professional with ability to generate trust by delivering on commitments
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc..
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Preferably fragrance industry experience in sales, or marketing experience in other industries (FMCG, flavors, chemicals, ingredients)
