Intercompany Analyst

Job Description

The intercompany Analyst will be responsible for R2R Global Intercompany transactions could be Trade and Non-trade/ PO and Non-PO based invoices, Royalties, Intercompany loans.

Your Role    
Must have knowledge of the entire P2P, O2C flow from Supply Chain point of view - Sales order creation, AR invoicing, Purchasing, AP Invoicing till payment.
Working experience in Intercompany Sale/Purchase and Shipment process.
Inbound Purchase Order and Outbound Sales order shipment creation process.
Should be responsible for Interco STO process - supplying and receiving plants for different co codes.
Indent Sale & Intercompany Recharge process
Ensure Intercompany AR Billings are raised and accounted on time. 
Responsible for SOX and Key internal controls process flow, Risk assessment of control matrix and procedure documentation of key and non-key process controls.
Initiate and lead cross functional meeting to identify and execute resolution plan of global aged intercompany transactions.
Confirming the balances as per closing schedules to respective teams accounting and ensure accruals are posted for un-reconciled transactions.
Maintaining Standard operating Procedures and Constantly looking for ways to improve processes.

Job Requirements

What you Bring to IFF    
CA (Intermediate) / CMA (Intermediate) / MBA / Bachelor in Commerce / Finance or any other relevant discipline.
Atleast 7 to 12 years of experience in R2R Intercompany.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of GRIR process and In-transit items treatment.
ERP (SAP) skills – Analysis for Office (AO) for Reconciliation.
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement.
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP Hana and MS Office - Word, PPT, Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well versed with Microsoft applications (Presentation, Excel).
Ability to manage through others and collaborate effectively with all levels.
Ability to prioritize important tasks and ensure they get complete timely.
Ability to solve problem and anticipates risks and opportunities while working towards continuous improvement.
Flexibility to operate in shifts.
