Senior Customer Service Representative

Responsibility
•    Order management: order entry, provide order acknowledgements to customers/affiliates •    Set up customer info records for order entry; listing, customer material no & description, price, etc
•    Co-ordinate the creation or extension of new sold/bill for us in plants
•    Raise SAP Notifications for customer complaints
•    Issue debit and credit notes in compliance with the approval process
•    Arrange courier of customer pre/co shipment samples
•    Input Late order reason (LOR) for orders with late delivery
•    Quote ITP own use to Affiliates
•    Liaise with customers on order changes, enquiries and any requests.
•    Monitor orders for prompt shipment, liaise with shipping implants for timely booking, customer
•    request for documentation
•    Negotiate the Letter of credit
•    Generate ZOOGN report for shipping

•    Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial, with a high level of professional behavior both internally and externally; 
•    Pro-active, accurate and strong organizational skills; 
•    Flexible, adaptable and manages stress well; 
•    Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people from all backgrounds and disciplines to achieve desired objectives. Can deal with people at all levels and cultural diversity; 
•    Competent in the areas of change management, initiative, creativity, assertiveness and decisiveness; 
•    Detail-oriented, can provide deep-dive analysis; 
•    Understanding of export documentation process is a pre, good knowledge and understanding of incoterms; 
•    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; 
•    Be a team player and have the ability to listen, comprehend and effectively communicate to obtain positive results; 
•    Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). SAP is preferred.
 
Required Experience
•    5-6 years of relevant Customer Service experience or a similar position in a multinational company. 
•    Knowledge of SAP (SD)
•    Shipping Knowledge
•    A bachelor’s degree is preferred
