The IT Manufacturing Solution Owner will be responsible for establishing a governance structure over the manufacturing landscape (MES, SAP PP-PI, Plant Maintenance), support outlining an MES strategy for the division and managing a team of domain experts and project managers.
You will partner with business units and corporate functions to identify business opportunities, goals and objectives and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement capabilities across different platforms such as, MES, Historians, LowCode-NoCode manufacturing apps and their integration with corporate applications (i.e. PP-PI, QM, PM, WM, LIMS).

Key Responsibilities:

-   Own the Manufacturing IT strategy and overall Manufacturing portfolio initiatives and drives alignment across the businesses mapping requirements to delivered solutions
-   Manage a cross cultural remote team of Domain expertss and project managers through a robust PMO governance process
-   Manage external partners across different workstreams during project execution and run & maintain phases.
-   Establish clear communication channels and rituals to partner with key stakeholders ranging from operators, SMEs, senior managers and VPs.
-   Manage the deployment of a corporate MES multi-site, multi-country program 
- Masters’ degree or Bachelors’ degree in Engineering 
- 10 years’ experience working with industrial processes & manufacturing sites
- 5 years’ deployment of MES systems and industrial IT platforms including historians and IIOT.
- MES architecture experience
- TrakSys, Aspentech, OsiSoft and Wonderware knowledge is a plus.
  Experience with ERP integration, including Plant Maintenance, PP-PI, QM and Warehouse.
-  Significant experience working with project portfolio management
-  Experience managing multi-cultural remote teams.
-  Highly organized and self directed to prioritize and multi-task effectively
-  Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
-  Must have ability to drive 
-  Must have excellent communication skills and goal-oriented attitude
-  Must be willing to travel to other countries
