If so, we have an exciting opening for a Student Business Assistant to join our industry-leading Global Key Account Team at IFF in our Lyngby Office in Copenhagen for approx. 15-20h per week. About the Position
As a Business Assistant in our Nourish division, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of IFF by driving revenue, supporting the deployment of global strategies, and serving as a trusted business partner to one of our largest customers. You will assist in executing the regional strategy to increase profitable sales and support the overall business objectives of the corporation. Additionally, you will provide support to the Global Business Development Manager in preparing for annual global negotiations, as well as conducting strategy and market analyses.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess project management skills and demonstrate the drive to acquire commercial experience, supporting strategic initiatives for the Global Key Account Team.

• The ideal candidate will be pursuing a BSc or MSc degree, preferably in Food Science/Engineering, Chemistry, Business/Economics, or a related technical field.
• You should possess strong business acumen and work in a systematic, structured, and analytical manner.
• Motivation to navigate between numerous internal stakeholders in an international organization is also essential.

Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively support multiple high-visibility global negotiations, work according to best practices in project management, track contract deliverables, gather feedback, make recommendations, and prepare status reports for management and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide support and motivation to cross-functional project teams and proactively identify areas of challenge. To succeed and grow in this role, we will assist you in developing your organizational skills and capabilities in structuring project plans. You will have ample opportunities to enhance your communication skills at all levels and demonstrate your proactive nature.
