MISSION PRINCIPALE
L'opérateur de fabrication est charge d'assurer la conduite d'une installation de fabrication selon un mode opératoire et des consignes données
ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES DE L’EMPLOI
Industriel
- Conduit les ateliers de fabrication en appliquant des modes opératoires et des consignes générales et particulières
- Gère les changements de campagne et les périodes transitoires de mise en route d'installations en tenant compte des consignes qui ont été établies
- Prend connaissance des principaux indicateurs de !'atelier et réalise des analyses en autocontrôle
- Intervient sur différentes installations et peut être opérationnel sur plusieurs ateliers
- Remonte les informations (résolution de problème, passation de consignes...)
- Avise la hiérarchie et propose des actions correctives en cas de dysfonctionnement non répertorié
- Veille à l'ordre et la propreté de son lieu de travail.
Qualité/Hygiène/Sécurité/Environnement et sécurité alimentaire
- Applique les règles de sécurité inviolables
- Applique les procédures QHSE et Sécurité alimentaire (HACCP...)
- Participe aux actions de formation sécurité (sécurité alimentaire, geste et posture...)
- Applique les règles de sécurité des données informatiques
EXIGENCES PRINCIPALES
Formations initiales et habilitations nécessaires
- Formation initiale : Niveau BAC
- Habilitations suivant le tableau HSE
- Des process industriels/fonctionnement des installations
- Des règles de sécurité, de qualité, d’hygiène et d’environnement sécurité alimentaire.
- Des bases en chimie
- Des connaissances techniques des installations et équipements industriels
- Des produits fabriqués
- Des bases en maintenance industrielle
Compétences nécessaires/soft skils
- Capacité à rendre compte
- S’exprimer de façon claire et précise
- Esprit d’analyse
- Capacité de travailler en équipe
- Capacité d’adaptation

Required Skills...
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, effectively working with other members of the department.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work on weekends when needed to complete customer orders that are scheduled.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs without difficulty.
- Ability to weigh ingredients accurately utilizing tools such as floor scale and flow meter.
- Ability to learn quickly and highlight process improvements.
- Capable of wearing full-face respirator when required for handling of specific materials.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Candidate should be computer literate, with the ability to navigate between different windows and transactions.
- S.A.P. knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Forklift trained is preferred.

About You
A production operator in the Reactions department is responsible for the accurate and timely manufacture of batches. The operator is expected to accurately measure all required materials, correctly add, and effectively operate all pressure kettles and mix tanks, including, but not limited to: scales, pumps, tanks and other manufacturing equipment. The operator is expected to maintain a safe and sanitary work area by ensuring the department and all equipment are cleaned and kept in good working order.
