We are very excited to welcome a Senior Financial Analyst to our team, and we hope it’s you! 


You will join the Nourish Business Finance team by integrating yourself within the business as a valuable finance 
business partner (FBP). Proactively use your expertise to drive commercial objectives, control costs, and support the 
business’s market share growth with timely, data-driven decisions.


As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with the Regional Finance Director and support the Regional Business 
Unit Leads in areas such as but not limited to financial planning, commercial analysis, budgeting, capital investment 
projects, forecasting, cost monitoring, working capital analysis and process optimization, etc. in a way that contributes to 
the improvement of business performance, execution of business strategy and company’s results overall.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Commercial actual vs. budget and prior-year performance, individual platforms, and business units, 
and provide monthly commentaries on key financial and non-financial drivers influencing the business
• Analyze Pipeline, Win Value, Win Rate, Realized Wins/Losses, Price/Volume, and Cost to Serve dynamics
• Support the preparation of the monthly management presentation materials and business reviews, identifying 
trends and market dynamics linked to the business
• Play a key role in building and continuous improvement (CI) of the overall forecast process and accuracy
• Drive the accurate and timely preparation of the yearly budget and strategy growth business cases to support 
commercial performance processes
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives, e.g., effectively monitor expenses and 
receivables efficiency for the region
• Develop necessary business financial models and capital investment assessment models
• Represent finance and coach non-finance persons in building financial knowledge locally
• Ad hoc requests

• Ability to work independently and with short deadlines
• Exceptional analytical skill, comfortable with big data, Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and PPT

• Great team player, superb communication skills and interpersonal savvy
• Fluent in spoken and written English is essential
• ‘Hands-on’ in financial and analytical practices
• Excellent time management skills. Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours occasionally if needed
Your Qualifications:
• Minimum five (5) year’s experience in Financial Planning and Analysis Experience, preferably in a high-growth 
environment. (Working knowledge of U.S. a bonus).
• A degree in Accounting or equivalent learning experience and CPA/MBA is a plus.
