Job Requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Identify New Prospects: In this role you will identify new sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, establish strong customer relationships and promote relevant IFF fragrance solutions for commercial success. 
  • Project Management: Coordinate multiple client fragrance development projects by liaising with internal teams, both in locally and internationally, including perfumers, lab, marketing, production, customer service, scent designers & tracking all relevant details of project briefing and related submissions.
  • Financial Savvy: You will report to the NOAM Commercial Director and be accountable for achieving budgeted sales revenue and ensure profitability targets.
  • Client Service Support: Daily and ongoing support and communication to customer needs, such as pricing, physical samples, documentation, and shipments. Project administration during project development i.e. entering projects, requesting and labeling samples, sending out submissions, directing internal teams, receiving customer bases, ordering oils, stability requests, and regulatory paperwork. Schedule, organize and prepare meetings within the office.
  • Data Management Responsibility: Maintain ownership of data integrity, including: SAP, Business Warehouse, internal software reporting tools, etc.

Long Description

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/employment experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a business-to-business company, manufacturing environment or in the Fragrance industry
  • Administrative roles with high level of detail and accuracy

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Creative problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills. Results and detail oriented.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Strong knowledge in IT - Project Management Tool, BW (Business Warehouse), SAP
  • Client focused  and possess exceptional customer service mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under strict deadlines and high work volume under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
