We’re thrilled to be adding to our team by hiring a proactive, innovative, and dynamic team member that enjoys engaging with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, identifying the right solutions, and working with the team to bring those solutions to life.   The Leadership Development Associate will be critical to enabling the development of leaders across the company, while also supporting the ongoing initiatives of the Learning and Development team.  In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient conduct of IFF’s internal leadership development courses, that learning content is relevant and updated based on your experience and research and providing recommendations and consultation to leaders across the company seeking development assessments.  You will communicate and collaborate with internal customers to maintain awareness of emerging development needs and initiatives, and work across the Talent and Inclusion Center of Expertise to ensure effective communication and partnership. Short Description

We will trust you to…

  • Manage the supporting processes for IFF’s internal leadership development courses, supporting the nomination process, logistical requirements, and execution of training for multiple months-long courses
  • Review, assess, and update various leadership development products and resources based on your education, experience, and understanding of best-practice
  • Supporting and enabling the expansion of digital learning options for all IFF employees
  • Interact with internal customers and partners to develop clear understandings of their challenges and requirements, routing those requests appropriately with recommendations
  • Support the efficient progress of individual and team assessment processes; be prepared to consult on appropriate assessments based on identified needs
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Managers, and L&OD partners across the world to understand emerging training and learning requirements and provide recommendations on solutions
  • Work flexibly across the L&D spectrum of activities supporting areas of focus and prioritization

Short Description

You’ll need to have…

  • A Master’s Degree in a related subject (Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Leadership Development, etc.) OR 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency with LMS systems; SuccessFactors preferred
  • Experience in a learner-facing role, facilitating group discussions
  • Knowledge of course development best-practices; practical experience preferred
  • Knowledge of individual and group behavioral assessment theory; practical experience preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office platforms (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
