How you will contribute

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Scent Design teams to Lead Body Care consumer insights projects end-to-end for global, regional, and local customers.
  • Design and execute consumer research to deliver against information gaps, inspire creative development, and validate fragrance solutions.
  • Manage fieldwork logistics, vendors, statistical analysis of data, budget and database management.
  • Convert data into knowledge and knowledge into actionable insights that effectively support the business decision-making process.
  • Share results and learning that help IFF target customer opportunities to drive business growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to create strategies or action plans from consumer and market insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships or partnerships across multiple functional areas in a matrix environment.
  • Advanced understanding of consumer and sensory methodologies inclusive of qualitative and quantitative techniques
  • Ability to critically analyze and extract data for business insights.

Long Description

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6-10 years of primary consumer research experience in a relevant industry – fragrance, consumer packaged goods, trends agency or body care products a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Market Research, Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, Behavioral Sciences, or any other relevant discipline, master’s degree a plus.
  • Proficient in analytical software such as SPSS, JMP or XLSTAT
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications – Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • In-depth understanding of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
