We’re thrilled to be adding to our team by hiring a proactive, innovative, and dynamic team member that enjoys engaging with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, identifying the right solutions, and working with the team to bring those solutions to life.   The Talent Management Analyst will be critical to enabling our Learning and Development team.  In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the team by communicating with internal customers and external vendors, maintaining awareness of ongoing team initiatives, collaborating across the Talent and Inclusion Center of Expertise to ensure effective communication and partnership, and making recommendations to the team based on a thorough understanding of data provide by various information sources. To thrive in IFF’s rapidly changing environment, you will need to be proactive, energetic, resilient and collaborative.

Job Requirements

We will trust you to…

  • Manage and monitor team mailboxes and calendars
  • Interact with internal customers and partners to develop clear understandings of their challenges and requirements, routing those requests appropriately with recommendations
  • Work with external vendors for ongoing services (e.g. invoicing), while developing awareness of potential future relationships based on your understanding of internal requirements
  • Support the efficient running of IFF’s internal leadership development courses
  • Support the efficient progress of individual and team assessment processes
  • Support the employee performance management process, maintaining existing processes and employee support tools
  • Work flexibly across the L&D spectrum of activities supporting areas of focus and prioritization

Long Description

You’ll need to have…

  • 4-year college degree in related subject (Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Leadership Development, etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office platforms (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient use of LMS systems; Success Factors preferred
