We are looking for Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our flavors team in Oberhausen (Germany).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the sales team in the after sales processes of orders.
• Coordination of internal company workflows.
• International correspondence and communication.
• Support and coordination of orders and deliveries for our customers.
• Complaint processing / addressing quality questions, general customer questions.

Job Requirements

• We will rely on your at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills.
• The ideal candidate will have commercial training with a degree.
• You have experience in dealing with international business partners and colleagues.
• Proficient use of SAP is preferred. MS Office is a must.

  • Enthusiasm for food industry is a plus.
