It’s an exciting time to be part of the IFF Health and Biosciences Platform. We are looking for a dedicated and a passionate individual to join our team as Global Key Account Manager – Brewing.

This position is responsible for managing Accounts in the Brewing and Distilling Industry as part of the IFF Health and Biosciences Platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing the business strategy for one the Business’s Global Key Accounts (GKA), as well as for Business development at accounts within the Region, providing a high level of service, and driving new opportunities by leveraging our industry leading technology and innovation. 

As Global Key Account Manager you will be expected to collaborate with all internal departments within IFF to help Business Units and the customer achieve their goals.

You will be reporting to the European Regional Industry Leader for Food Enzymes and supporting/working closely with the Global Applications Manager: Brewing and Distilling. You will be responsible to manage the GKA globally as well as directly manage regional accounts, promoting IFF enzymes. 
As Global Key Account Manager, you will be supported by the various groups across the business including Communications, Marketing, Product Management, Applications, R&D, Operations, and Finance to achieve a common goal.   



  • Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets for the Food Enzymes business unit.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Mangers to drive GKA sales growth globally. 
  • Build project pipeline to sustain growth targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans.
  • Update opportunities in SalesForce as they progress.
  • Manage all aspects of the selling cycle. 
  • Manage and build relationships with existing customer base while prospecting for potential new opportunities within the Brewing & Distilling industry. 
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
  • Driving innovation in the brewing field with collaborating cross-functionally internally, within the industry and also with the customer.
  • Work closely with demand planning, providing monthly forecast guidance.

Job Requirements

  • You are a professional with a technical background, holding a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.  
  • You demonstrate a passion for the brewing and distilling industry and have a solid practical understanding of fermented drinks. Previous experience working in the brewing industry a bonus. 
  • You have at least 5+ years of sales and/or account management experience with the demonstrated ability to facilitate organic customer growth. Sales and/or tech service in the Brewing and Distilling Industry preferred.
  • Qualification in Brewing or Beverage Technology highly beneficial.
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time.
