Your mission at Tastepoint will be to support Management and to provide proactive assistance to the business including Sales, Marketing, Sales Support, Customer Service, all business initiatives, to ensure all activities/needs are completed on-time and in a worry-free manner for internal and external customers.

How you will spend your time

• Support the effective pricing strategies and definitions based on Category, Department, Competitive, and Customer goals.
• Collaborate with managers on pricing rules and strategies that will support the achievement of sales and margin targets.
• Projects impact of pricing changes, individual promotions, and rebate programs on revenue.
• Development of ad hoc reports on an as needed basis for both the department and senior management.
• Maintain quotation tool and provide daily quotation approvals and feedback to U.S. sales team.
• Supports internal requests for pricing analysis and guidance.
• Recommend improvements to the various pricing processes, assist in the organization, development and evaluation of forward-thinking strategies that optimize pricing.
• Continuously strive for margin improvement and optimization in low margin areas.

• Solid understanding of business operations and be able to connect financial data to business outcomes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study. 
• 3+ years’ experience working in a Pricing or Business Analytics role.
• Strong experience with SAP. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
