Production Spray Dry Operators are responsible for the manufacturing and production processes that create Taste products for our customers on a global scale.


To be successful, you must demonstrate a keen attention to detail; know how to properly handle and store hazardous, flammable, temperature controlled and allergen materials; take initiative to perform a diverse role; and communicate effectively with teammates and other members of the Production and Supply Chain.   All team members are expected to demonstrate professional behaviors and practices of cooperation.

Job Requirements


•    Compounding or preparing process-based flavor batches according to shop floor paper instructions as required by production demand
•    Reading, collecting, and analyzing analytical data from the production equipment
•    Packaging and filtering finished goods and replenishing raw material inventory as necessary
•    Safely operating forklift and other equipment within the work area
•    Maintaining a safe working environment, utilizing appropriate safety equipment, and proactively improving the safety culture of the department
•    Maintaining processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and presentable condition; adhering to Good
•    Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards
•    Working in a team to solve problems, develop procedures, and recommend improvements 
•    Performing other duties as assigned
•    Perform all work, be vigilant of, and utilize all necessary personal safety equipment to avoid injury and minimize hazard and properly enforce and ensure compliance of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, Kosher, HACCP, industry safety standards, safe material handling, and company policies 
•    Exercise proper caution to minimize danger when lifting, carrying, setting, hoisting, and handling any materials
•    Ability to operate Forklift in a safe manner and meet certification requirements
•    Job requires the ability to lift or force be exerted up to and over 100 pounds.


Required Skills and Experience 



  • Experience in a process manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
  • Ability prioritize and work well in a team
  • Ability to operate Forklift and other material handling devices safely and with efficiency.
  • Ability to wear a full-face respirator
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours per day
  • Basic math, reading and computer skills
  • English fluency
  • Familiar with Chemical Hazards and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals and groups both within and external to the company to achieve desired results and Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
