As a Sales Director, you will spend your time...  


  • Manage and lead a commercial team of direct reports to drive profitable growth across all categories.
  • Build and implement the sales strategy and set priorities to position Tastepoint as the solution provider leader in Food & Beverage.
  • Achieve profitable sales growth targets via maintaining and growing business.
  • Work with Team to Identify growth targets in which to invest.
  • Deliver sustainable growth above market pace by leveraging synergies across Nourish portfolio.
  • Preserve and continue to drive and develop Tastepoint service model.
  • Build and maintain a healthy growth and defense projects pipeline, drive proactive projects reviews with C&D support and ensure regular pipeline monitoring sessions with the team.
  • Be responsible and accountable to achieve sales budget and control costs of the sales team.
  • Implement the category growth plans, covering all ingredients and flavors relevant for those categories.
  • Support you team members in customer meetings at strategic accounts when needed.
  • Identify and understand market dynamics, needs, trends and opportunities within the different categories and turn them into new business to grow the company’s market share.
  • Develop and retain your team members.     

Job Requirements


  • Successful and proven sales team management experience of at least 5 years, ideally with a minimum of 5 persons.   
  • Past successful experience in selling flavors.        
  • High ability to network internally with major stakeholders, and to navigate in a complex environment.                                                                       
  • Excellent oral/ written communication and presentation skills.
  • Traveling (up to 50% of the time under normal circumstances).
  • Business and results driven; proactive personality; customer service oriented, leadership in driving growth.
  • Persistence to execute long term strategy and agile enough to embed short term tactics coming from top management.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit desired. Strategic thinker, able to prioritize and balance multiple workflows.
  • High financial acumen, able to utilize key financial indicators to drive performance.     
  • Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate activities of cross functional teams at all levels in the organization.
  • Strong entrepreneurial, influencing and negotiating skills.
