Your Focus

  As Customer Care, you will support the sales team with multiple tasks such as quotes, documentation, sampling, supporting key account, providingsolutions to exceed expectations and liaising with Account Managers in regard to customer relationship   

  management. You will be responsible for providing excellent sales support to internal and external customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated,customer-focused and adaptable team player who is looking to progress their career and

  add real value to our facilities.

  This is a Seoul, Korea based position and will report to Sales Leader, North Asia.

 

  How You Will Contribute

Contribute to sales team with customer centric approach on 
  •    Cooperation with local & oversea customer service team on order status 
  •    Timely update on order status for customer
  •    Price management for Non SAP business
  •    Commercial data management including incoterm / payment term /customer information 
  •    Sales forecast on Inside sales 
  •    Document management for both customer and sales team
  •    Account manager of Inside Sales Account
 
  Support sales team
  •    Sample handling – order to dispatch
  •    Ad hoc Team Admin as required including PR/PO creation
 

Job Requirements

Qualification
•    Excel (good at Pivot)
•    Language skill (written & verbal)
•    Supportive mindset with strong teamwork
•    Managing accuracy and detail in sales report
•    Experience with customer & sales data
