Come join the creative and empowered company, IFF is looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Manager, Food Service to support the continuously growth of IFF Nourish. 

How You Will Contribute

  • Ensure the goals for revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain the strong relationship with key customers in Food Service industry including but not limited to Starbucks, Luckin, McDonald, KFC, etc. 
  • Coordinate sales activities with the responsible accounts.
  • Define and work out the short-term and long-term key account plan.
  • Develop new customers and explore new business opportunity.
  • Involve in the sales strategic planning to provide the solution on key accounts.
  • Trouble shoot, solve customer issues and define unmet needs.
  • Work with innovation team to provide the qualified technical service to the customers.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote products and provide the defined marketing information for existing and potential business.
  • Coordinate with CSR team to provide satisfied service to customers.  
  • Handle account receivables and make sure the overdue controlled in the acceptable level.
  • Manage the accounts within CRM system. 

Job Requirements

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • Prefer sales, commercial or technical sales background.
  • Rich experience working as a sales person in B to B food industry including experience in dealing with food service key accounts. 
  • Experience in multinational companies will be a plus.
  • Master or bachelor’s degree in food or related major.
  • Competency in oral and written communication in English.
  • A highly driven person with execution excellence to make possibilities happen and has big appetite for success.
  • Good interpersonal communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally.
  • Have ownership in setting objectives.
  • Results-oriented and respond quickly with any corrective actions.
  • Good management of sales reports and other database work in system.
