We now have an exciting opportunity for a result-oriented talent to join our LMR Naturals Commercial Team as Account Manager, Naturals GA. 



Your Focus


As an Account Manager, Naturals GA, you will be part of a high-performance and dynamic sales team with genuine team spirit and established values. You will understand the uniqueness of our industry and familiarize yourself with the tasks of sales in a BtoB market. 


This is a Singapore based position reporting into the Sales Director. 


How You Will Contribute    


  • Manage and develop the sales of LMR Natural Ingredients business in Greater Asia, by promoting our ingredients in B2B to manufacturers and end-users in the region. Key Markets: Fragrances, Flavors, Cosmetics and Aromatherapy. 
  • Set up strategies for Regional Distribution Channels. 
  • Coordinate Regional and Local actions regarding LMR new collections and products launches.
  • Be the natural expert for IFF Fragrances and Flavors sites across the region, supporting and advising Commercial and Creative teams in their customers projects, participating in customers meetings, and coordinating product launches.
  • Establishing and implementing business plan aiming to increase revenue, business, market share and profitability.
  • Sustaining high customer satisfaction and strengthening collaboration with existing customers.
  • Actively prospecting new customers and handling direct sales, indirect sales with distributors.
  • Preparing and monitoring sales budget, analyzing and providing sales forecasts.
  • Following-up sales from order reception to shipmen.
  • Acquiring expert knowledge on our products.
  • Presenting natural ingredients during meetings and industry events, participating in international business trips.
  • Implementing sales & marketing strategies to sustain the company vision.
  • Gathering market strategic information.
  • Initiating and driving projects with International Key Accounts.

Job Requirements

What you will need to be successful    


  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience or account management experience in an Ingredient , Fragrance or Flavors industries.     
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or related degree.
  • Know-how in developing specific markets for Ingredients.
  • Demonstrated strong Business Development and Sales experience with proven track records.
  • Strong understanding in SAP system.
  • The ability to anticipate and understand customers' needs and key drivers. A highly ethical, capable and responsible attitude.
  • Strong sense of initiative, problem solving skills and a proactive manner.
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Effective listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to converse in French is highly desired. 
  • Willingness to travel domestically and regionally.
