The TA team contributes to the business’s growth and overall strategy by identifying and engaging the best talent in the industry.

 

What Your Work Will Taste Like...

 

In this role you will execute recruiting projects across North America, collaborating across various functions, developing a solid understanding of assigned geographies' workforce planning needs, job requirements, building market knowledge and executing recruiting strategies to attract and hire best-in-class talent for current and future needs.

 

Scope Of Responsibility

  • Sourcing candidates, recruiting target active and passive candidates for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Carrying out full life cycle recruiting including job postings, pre-screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications and initiating interviews.
  • Ensure candidate assessments are administered for assigned recruitment and support with best practice usage and interpretation to Hiring Team.
  • Represent the New IFF to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the employer brand in the region.
  • Responsible for driving the recruiting process for assigned portfolio and act as advisor to the HR team with regards to TA process, best practices, interviewing techniques and tools.
  • Support continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market and technology for successful sourcing solutions.
  • Develop strong Talent Market knowledge for assigned geographies across North America.
  • Apply direct search/networking methodology to identify talent within limited and / or specific candidate pools.
  • Effectively use of social media tools to source talent, solid LinkedIn user for talent mapping identification.
  • Manage Global Applicant tracking system administration.
  • Strict adherence to all requisite internal & external standards.
  • Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required.
  • Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent in Human resources/related fields or relatable work experience.
  • 3-5 years’ proven track record TA or recruiting experience with experience in international search and hiring across North America.
  • Experience gained from either in-house or RPO environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.
  • Experience with Global Applicant Tracking System, database management, direct sourcing and leveraging professional social media hiring tools (LinkedIn or local job boards).

 

Demonstrable Proficiency In

  • Successfully recruiting for a variety of complex positions.
  • Technical hiring experience in related industries - Experience in technical or manufacturing industries such as Ingredients, chemicals, biosciences, food, life sciences, consumer goods etc.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies internationally, with a broad North America (US & Canada) market knowledge.
  • Develop effective relationships and manage expectations of Senior stakeholders on-site and remote.
  • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy taking initiative and working as part of a hybrid team.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Persistent with a strong drive for results.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with workday.
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

 

This position is hybrid based in Hazlet, NJ or South Brunswick, NJ but flexible to other NJ locations.
