It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for our next Regional Product Manager to become part of our industry-leading Proteins team.
 
As the Regional Product Manager, you will …
 

• Responsible for profitable sales growth for assigned product groups in Proteins North America.
• Translate global product strategy into regional execution plans by category/ industry.
• Translate value propositions into market opportunities, co-drive pipeline, and support account managers in converting prospects.
• Represent the portfolio in Category/ Industry Growth Teams: Communicates agenda, and priorities and ‘sells’ market opportunities to secure support.
• Provide clear guidance to Sales on priorities.
• Execute regional pricing strategy.
   

Job Requirements

• A degree in food sciences/chemical engineering/chemistry/business or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.
• Must have at least 7 years of experience in the food industry/formulation AND at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Willing and able to travel up to 20%.
• Marketing skills and ability to ‘switch hats’ between marketing and sales perspective.
• Analytical skills and financial plus technical acumen.
• Opportunity and results orientation with a can-do attitude (‘someone who gets stuff done’).
• Prioritization, complexity management, and ability to communicate choices.
• Influencing and interpersonal skills in a matrix organization.
• Ability to build strong relationships in virtual and remote cross-functional teams.
