It's an exciting time of growth for IFF, we’re inviting a result driven individual to join our Greater Asia Customer Service & Logistics division as Assistant Manager – CS (Global Customers). 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced talent with Customer Service & Logistics specialization to be part of a global Flavours & Fragrances organization!

Your Focus
As Assistant Manager – CS (Global Customers ), you will be responsible for Global accounts & broader responsibilities compared to current CS - AM role. Global Accounts share will grow from 33% to 70% in IFF & India global customer sales has grown by 50%. There are other new wins in pipeline which implies India as a strategic market for global accounts. 

You will spend your time… 
•    Demand & Supply management for global accounts for ISC from SriCity plant.
•    Forecasting, planning, communicating & expediting executions. 
•    Product transfer from other affiliates & NPI. 
•    Analyzing demand trends, supply trends, seasonality & customer sales promotions.
•    Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly meetings with local, regional & global teams  Responsible for presentations to global accounts senior management.
•    Managing CRM performance metrices like OTIF, complaints etc. Coordination with all Ship To locations in order to manage the same. 
•    Master Data alignment like Pricing, bill to – ship to, incoterms etc. 
•    Coordination with global supply chain, planning &, commercial on new wins, surge demands & cost alignments.
•    End to End supply management from order to delivery which includes planning, execution & control. 
•    Provide visibility, information & dashboards to customers on plan vs actuals, production & logistics visibility.
•    Coordinate for ISC export global customers & import FG IPC supply from other affiliates. 
•    Managing supplier net portal & future trade shift for tracking invoices & Scorecards etc. 
•    To raise & close all credit and debit notes with all necessary approvals. 
•    Responsible for strategic cost reduction initiatives from Demand & Supply side.
•    Coordinate & expedite executions with planning, production, quality & logistics.
•    Work closely with global IFF team for short, medium- & long-term planning.
•    CS profile key activities apart from day to day activities (Order registrations / Master Maintenance / Buffer/ Pricing Maintenance/ Internal and external coordination)

Job Requirements

What you will need to be successful
Education & Essential Experience
•    B. Tech with MBA/Postgraduate/Certification in CRM or Supply chain with 7 - 10 years of experience in customer management. 
•    Excellent in computer skills like advanced excel, MS power point. Preference with knowledge in Data analytics platforms like Power BI or Tableau etc. 
•    Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.
•    Good English communication and knowing Hindi language is a valued advantage
