Job Description

For our manufacturing plant in Tilburg we are looking for a fulltime temporary hands-on and energized HR Business Partner to work closely with our business in the exciting worlds of taste, scent and nutrition. Reporting to the Senior HRBP you will act as a trusted advisor, coach and consultant for leaders, through closely partnering with the business. Because of maternity leave we offer this position as of December 2020 for 7 months. 

 


About You


As a HR Business Partner you will bring between 3-5 years of expertise in a generalist HR position. You will thrive working in a corporate matrix environment that demands a high level of critical thinking, can do attitude and superior level of interpersonal savvy. In this fast-paced agile environment, you will be flexible and have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and exceptional collaboration skills. The nature of this role requires someone who will be prepared to be hands-on and customer focused. You will spend your time providing:

 

  • Represent HR as a highly valued business partner with line management and all other key stakeholders, to provide HR insights and partner with business leadership to develop people solutions that deliver business goals;
  • Provide HR insights and partner with line managers on absenteeism and performance management;
  • Effectively manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process in compliance with IFF global guidelines and legal requirements, enabling us to source, attract and select the best candidates in a cost-efficient and timely manner;
  • Identify key areas of concern, such as high-performing & high-potential employees, at-risk employees and scarce and critical skillsets;
  • Support local HR implementation of long-term strategic programs focused on employee engagement, organizational culture and diversity;
  • Handle internal & external audits properly and ensure HR activities meet the internal & external audit requirements.
Job Requirements

 

Required Skills:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field is required;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of other European language is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and related legislation;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills;
• Representative personality with a positive nature and a “can-do”-mentality;
• Integrity and Business acumen;
• Comfort to partner with various levels of management;
• Team player and service minded.



Required Experience:


• 3-5 years broad HR generalist experience working with a multi-national company;
• Experience working across cultures to find solutions to business challenges;
• Proficiency in SAP preferred.
