The service manager – ERP/NERP Applications is accountable for support and maintenance of applications within IFF space.
Long Description
Some of the key responsibilities for this role will include...
- Accountable for Run and Maintenance of the ERP/NERP suit of applications.
- Act as change manager and drive operational rituals like change review board and reporting per workstream.
- Overall responsible for Change and release management for the ERP/NRP suit of applications.
- Own the ERP/NRP release calendar and update it according to the different circumstances. Also makes sure the right communication is sent out.
- Chair the CCRB meeting between of BVMs/BPMs and the IT outsourcing partners
- Act as a gatekeeper for all change enhancements for SAP/ERP/NERP domains.
- Preform a periodic review of the change bucket allocation on a monthly bases and make sure the maximum utilization is hours without any overrun.
- Help the BVM/BPM team to prioritize the enhancements on a monthly basis to achieve the right utilization of the enhancement hours and make sure the priority changes are implemented.
- Check weekly status reports from the IT outsourcing partners and take the corrective actions if any. Ensure the partners are delivering as per agreed SLAs.

Required Skills
Deep knowledge in a selection of the following technologies and process:
- The candidate should have deep experience managing highly complex ERP application (SAP, Oracle, NERP) suit for multibillion-dollar enterprises.
- The candidate should have hands on experience in IT service, change and release management processes.
- The candidate should deep understanding and working experience with the ITIL processes.
- A person with hands on experience in managing software outsourcing partners.
- Hands-on approach in IT project management and implementation.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 plus years’ experience or master’s degree with 10 plus years’ experience in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications in key technologies helps to establish a keen sense of learning.
