As Director, Global Workforce Planning and Talent Analytics and key member of a best in class HR function, you will play a critical role in evolving IFF’s talent strategy through data and insights. We will trust you to define, design and deliver full suite talent analytics that drive talent decisions that inform our strategy development and execution.  You will play a crucial role in providing insights that ensure senior leaders are able to make the best talent decisions possible.

Long Description

In this role, we will expect you to…

  • Define and design workforce planning methodology and deliver a rolling multi-year enterprise-wide workforce plan.
  • Deliver insights for talent pipeline forecasting and management as well as long range talent capacity and capability planning.
  • Deliver talent impact and contribution measurement and continuous improvement of global human capital processes.
  • Enhance the predictive analytics capability for HR and drive stronger human capital management through talent insights. 
  • Partner with HRIT and IT to define people and performance data requirements, accuracy standards, storage and use. 
  • Partner with Global Strategic Talent Leaders to inform talent initiatives with key business units and global functions.

Long Description

To be successful in this role you will need…

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus of data analytics, Master’s degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS relevant systems and platforms, including SAP, PowerBI, Success Factors query & Extract; Expert knowledge of Excel; Practical knowledge in data coding tools including R and Python
  • Knowledge and work experience within Human Capital field                   
  • Educational HRM/ Analytics , 10 years of work experience in HR Analytics
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of statistical procedures    
  • Ability to build data modeling and form connections across disparate data sets and systems
  • Strong networking and partnership skills
  • Understand the strategy of the business and key metrics that resonate with management, and clear on how the workforce contributes to the success of IFF from a financial, business and strategic sense.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit     
  • Global mindset and multi-cultural experience       
  • Ability to understand the global context of workforce planning and strategy development
