It’s an exciting time to join International Flavors & Fragrances’ (IFF) Application Development Team. as Senior Architect, Application Integration & Technical Development, you will provide design and development oversight for various integration between Non-SAP applications and SAP ECC/S4 applications. The role specifically requires hands-on skills in the following areas – Oracle EBS, Fusion, advanced SQL programming Language, SAP BODS. The role will collaborate and engage with key program and project teams across the enterprise to conceive, architect and deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • The role is responsible for understanding the current implementation and integration of non-SAP (Oracle EBS) system and S4(Central Finance).
  • As an Integration expert, the position will collaborate and engage with key program and project teams across the enterprise to conceive, architect and deliver integration solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • In this role, the role owner will be responsible to work closely with in-house technical team across the globe, System integrators and project leadership to deliver/support solutions integration Oracle EBS and other non-SAP systems with S4 applications.
  • Lead the development and rollout of integration standards and processes aligned with strategic objectives to govern integration solutions.
  • Work with Magnitude’s source connect product including creating and managing SQL scripts in the Oracle EBS environment.
  • Create and manage BODS jobs to move data from Oracle to S4 using standard practices including complex data transformation(s).
  • Support the established AMS team to troubleshoot/address integration issues.

Job Requirements

 

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration.
  • 5-10 years related work experience designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements.
  • Experience in creating data flows between non-SAP systems and S4 is a must.
  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS integrations, SQL engineering, SAP BODS is a must.
  • Prior working experience with Magnitude Source Connect and Harmonization tools is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle APIs is highly desirable.
  • HANA DB experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion, is a must.
  • Experience interacting with IPaSS solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multiple programming environments and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and software triage skills with ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment to dissect root cause of issues creating the best solution for IFF considering quality, cost, and speed requirements.
  • Demonstrated skills in helping negotiate priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering).
  • Knowledge of QA processes and test-driven development Quality and Security minded approach and experience in managing application data in accordance with data privacy policies.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and Systems Development Life Cycle standards and familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Passionate about cloud platform and solutions in SaaS, Digital and Collaboration space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects.
