We are looking for a hard-working, highly motivated individual to join our growing Internal Audit team as a Senior Auditor. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the Internal Audit department and raising awareness of the company's global control environment. Being a trusted business partner, the Senior Auditor will have exposure to and interaction with personnel from many company locations and functions. The Senior Auditor will participate in the planning and execution of the audit program and will be a steward of financial integrity and controls, while serving and supporting the business. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within a high energy, high growth organization. 

 

About You:

 

  • The ideal candidate will work well in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating in teams.
  • We will rely on your 4 - 5 years of professional experience in public accounting, internal audit, and/or consulting. 
  • Your degree in accounting or finance will be critical in bringing new knowledge to the team. 
  • You will bring practical experience, strong communication & presentation skills, leadership ability and project management skills to our team. 
  • The preferred candidate will have an accounting certification such as an ACCA or CPA.
  • You will be proficient in English.
  • You will have the ability to travel.

The Senior Auditor is responsible for executing elements of the company’s Internal Audit strategy. Through the activities below, the Senior Auditor will develop strong professional relationships within company, build the department’s standing throughout the organization, and progress in his/her own career development.

 

  • Gaining and understanding of the business, including the supporting technology.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of detailed audit plans.
  • Identifying risks, evaluate key control activities within important processes and developing recommendations to help management improve the business.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
  • Providing creative input that will add value to the audit process and organization.
  • Coordinating activities and strategies with external auditors. 
  • Assisting with various other special projects and departmental administration, including continuous improvement initiatives.
